Primus has supported HC-One for over 3 ½ years. Initially the Nurses supported in 1 home. We quickly asked for support in other homes due to the high calibre of the Nurses. The Nurses that Primus employ work to a very high standard. They complete all required documentation to a high standard. Primus and the Nurse Team are flexible and are willing support the home by coming into work a little earlier or staying late to help with Medicines. Most importantly Primus provide HC-One with consistent regular Nurses who then integrate and become part of the team. The relationship between HC-One and Primus has grown over the last 3 ½ years and we wish for this to continue.
Primus agency have provided myself with nurses when other agencies have failed. I first came across Primus agency whilst I was working as a Home Manager in South Wales. Primus provided reliable, professional and friendly staff whenever it was required and at very short notice. I developed a very good professional relationship with the staff in particular Nesar Khan whom I had daily contact with and never failed to provide myself with staff. I left the site in South Wales and joined another company in Hereford which was using a very high level of agency. I immediately contacted Nesar to sign him up to the company I am currently working for, and again met my expectations. I would highly recommend this company they provide short and long-term nurses at short notice. They also provide the same nurses to ensure continuity and high-quality care is delivered. Primus nursing agency is now my first choice, very professional service.
Since Meadowlands have begun using Primus for nursing cover, we have seen a dramatic improvement in standards of care and service delivery. The nurses can be relied on to undertake all aspects of the nurse role allocated and do this to an exemplary standard, form documentation, supporting the residents and staff. They demonstrate excellent clinical skills and can and have managed safely complex situations. The agency administration team as well suburb with their high standards of customer focus and service delivery. Their response is rapid, their reliability second to none. The have now become our primary nursing agency. Many of the homes in HC-One are now using Primus as their primary agency due to the high standards of service and the reliability of their staff. The nurses do not cancel their shifts last minute or fail to attend. The nurses will go that extra mile to ensure the homes are safe and the residents well cared for. As a manager, I can relax when a Primus staff member is in the home, I know they will not only arrive, they will take on board all aspects of the role expected, including documentation.
I can confirm that Primus Nursing has satisfactorily supplied the Priory Group over a period of 3 years. Primus Nursing are a preferred supplied on our current Temporary Agency PSL and when reviewed received a score above the average of all other agencies. I believe that Primus Nursing would be suitable to supply this type of staff in the future as part of the proposed national framework agreement.
Feedback re the excellent service we receive from Primus with reliable, hardworking and dedicated nurses who turn up when booked and work over and above to ensure the smooth running of the hospital over a 24-hour period. Primus have also been there and supported us at short notice to cover shifts last minute when things have gone wrong and are always so friendly and supportive.
